Question / Help OBS intallation in 32 bit windows

I have windows 7 32 bit installed. When I try to install OBS studio, it gives error that OBS needs both vcredist_32 and vcredist_64 to get installed. I downloaded both the packages from OBS website. But when I try to install vcredist_64.exe, it says that the operating system is 32 bit and so 64 bit vcredist cannot be installed. Due to this reason I cannot install OBS on my 32 bit windows. Any idea how to solve this issue?

If you still get a message asking for VS 2013 runtimes even with them installed, you may have a corrupted installation. Delete any msvcr120.dll and msvcp120.dll from your windows/system and windows/system32 folders, then re-run the installers.

I haven't installed vs runtimes x64 since my system is 32 bit and it cannot install 64 bit runtimes. But I have x32 libraries installed. The problem is OBS demands both 32 and 64 bit runtimes.

I have the same issue, my OS is also Windows 7 32 bit, and it asks for the vcredist_64, is there any older OBS version that could work without issues in my computer?

You can install it manually from the zip. Be aware 32 bit limits how many sources you can have, particularly browser sources.
