OBS Installer Not Installing OBS

When I try to instal OBS, before it starts downloading, it says "OBS files are being used by the following applications: Creative Cloud Desktop. Please close these applications to continue setup." I don't know why this is happening, especially since Creative Cloud ISN'T using any OBS files, and is not interfering with the setup. Please provide some intel on about what is going on and how to fix this.

Close from the task manager the Creative Cloud instances and processes (look also for CC processes) and then try again. Isn't a normal behavior from a process to lock other processes this way.
