OBS installation issues

I am trying to reinstall OBS in my Windows 11 Dell computer, I keep getting this error message,

" OBS files are being used by the following applications:
Skype
Please close these applications to continue setup"

I have signed out of my skype account and closed it. Yet I'm not able to proceed.

Open task manager and kill the skipe process from there. Signing out don't close the process.

Okay. Thanks for your help. I sorted it out by restarting my computer.
