OBS Install on a new PC - audio connection from capture card disappears!

Using OBS 26.1.1 64-bit Windows on a new Dell XPS 8940 desktop (32 GB RAM, 2 GB HDD). Video comes from a BlackMagic Studio Switcher HD through a BlackMagic Deckcard Mini Capture card. The video enters OBS fine, but the audio item (in OBS Sources) disappears! It sometimes starts out in existance, but when I switch to another scene (which still has that video and audio in it), the audio item vanishes. I am attaching an OBS Log File where it happened (I had not started recording or streaming yet). The issue seemed to happen at 20:47:14.117. Windows 10 20H2 64-bit is the OS. The Source definitions were copied from the old PC (Win 10 2009, on OBS 25).

Did you mean for this to be on
Windows 10 Gaming Features: Game DVR: On

I don't know if related in anyway, but you may want to address
20:47:13.513: [CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded

You have video sources with 59.94 (Atem) and 60fps (Elgato) - not sure if that might create some odd behavior at some point

Beyond that, nothing jumped out at me in the log ... but there are those who know far more than I about OBS audio
What I can say with a recent Optiplex 7080 is that the Dell Audio software initially caused me all sorts of hassles as it was trying to do things for me that were unexpected (and not always consistent)... so something to be aware of

Also, I can't tell (not sure if obvious or not in OBS log) when you added the Audio Source to Scenes, were you duplicating, Referencing, or creating a new source each time?
