I've set up OBS so I can use a more professional green screen in Teams meetings. Everything seems to work and the Teams screen shows me against the backdrop image perfectly. In a Teams meeting I also show that way to me. But everyone else tells me they can only see my avatar, not me. As I'm using the Teams app I am not sure how the app can show one thing to me and something different to everyone else. Am I missing a step or has anyone come across this before and got a solution?
