im using asus 144 fps moniter but when i turn on stream my games fps drop from 144 to 60. is there a way to fix this issue, ive tried game capture and display capture both will force my games to run 60 fps

when i have obs window on my 60 hz moniter - i get 60 fps in-game on my 144hz moniter
