Question / Help Obs impacting game perfomance and video stutering.

Hello, I have just been using obs to record some stuffs so I am new. So when I tried to record some Minecraft footage my frames(average 200 fps) dropped heavily to 30-60 fps. And when I recorded a video it seems to be stuttering very much. I have searched all over the internet on how to fix it but I tried fixing obs settings and my frames only improved originally from 10-20 fps to 30-60 fps. So I suspect that the frames dropping might need to do with something outside of obs like a setting that I don't know. Here are my logs https://obsproject.com/logs/t_s5rEJj353tCbq2 . My specs: Intel Core i7 - 9750H (2.60 GHz, 12 MB) , Ram 8GB , 512 GB SSD, • Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 . I am very new but I know definitely that my computer have higher performance than this. Please help thank you in advance.

You're running OBS on your integrated graphics and trying to record at 180fps.

Don't do either of those things.

You will need to use game capture or window capture if running OBS on the dedicated GPU, but you will be able to use Nvenc for your encoding which has minimal impact on your game performance.

Btw, the highest framerate you should be recording at is 60fps, unless you have very specific needs to capture at a higher framerate.

OK but why did my screen just turn black, I went on youtube and it showed to change back to integrated settings ??? How do I turn it to normal?

Display capture will not work on dedicated graphics. You will need to use game capture or window capture.

If neither of those do actually work, then you will unfortunately have to resort to going back to integrated graphics for OBS...
