Bug Report OBS idle LAGG in games

I got a very bad problem, when I have obs idle in the background and playing rocket league I got 54fps, when I turned obs off I got 180fps. something went wrong...

Motherboard ASUS MAXIMUM VIII RANGER
Processor: i7 6700K
Processor cooler: Noctua NH-U14S
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 @2666mhz (16GB)
Graphicscard: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
Supplier: Corsair RM Series RM850
SSD1: Samsung 950 PRO 256GB
SSD2: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB

tried with nvenc and x264 same problem.

thats the problem without recording or streaming i'm losing more then 100fps. ;)

Still nothing. Anything that's causing the problem is probably outside OBS.

Yeah it's weird, because shadowplay works fine and OBS was working fine too, only after an update it was like this :(

tried to reinstall but nothing happens :(
