Question / Help OBS hotkeys no longer working

Hey All,

I am running OBS 20.0.1 and hot keys are not working for me. They used to work in a previous version but are no longer. Is anyone else having this issue? If so have you found a solution? Should I try and uninstall and reinstall??

They do not work for me either if OBS is not top. I have to go to File->Always On Top to get my Hot Keys to work when in game.
