OBS Hijacking My Computer Audio

Just upgraded to Windows 11 with a brand new computer (all new parts). Have a jack wired headset. OBS is seemingly overriding the rest of my computer audio even when it's completely off.

If the sound source is not able to be heard my OBS' audio monitoring, I can't hear it either. If I mute the voice call so me and friends can chat in private during a break in the stream, I can't hear them. If I didn't set up OBS to stream the audio of my youtube video or video game, I can't hear it. Suddenly OBS is in control of all my audio and Windows audio settings don't do anything. I can only here whatever my audience can hear, even when I have OBS closed out.

I did run OBS as admin so it can capture my game properly, but this was a problem before that. I want to be able to still hear things outside of OBS' audio capturing so I can manage things professionally during stream. This wasn't a problem on my Windows 10, but I don't remember the settings I had on that one. Please help.
