I have a streaming machine that I just setup with a i7 4790k and 8GB RAM. When I open OBS the CPU spikes immediately to 35-45% and the stream is not running. When I ran a test stream it went to 70-80%. I am trying to run a 900p stream at 60 FPS. Any idea's on why the usage is so high? About a year ago I used this to stream/game and had little issue. This is done on a fresh Windows 10 install.
