Question / Help OBS High Cpu usage with Hardware encoding

When i live stream my Cpu Usage goes to 100% and my fps drop a lot even with AMD Hardware encoding. I tried lowering the resolution to 720p and the frame rate to 30 and still the cpu is getting hammered. I don't know if all the stream alerts and other sources can affect that much but i only use 3 alerts, one window capture for the music and a camera (besides the game). (I stream with a bitrate of 2500)
What can i do to increase performance? I'm trying to save some money to buy a R5 1500 or 1600 but im stuck with the fx for a while.

Fx 6300
Rx 470
8Gb Adata XPG
128Gb SSD
1Tb HDD
800w Non certified powersupply

With that spec of a CPU, it would be a challenge to play games and stream at the same time with any decent quality. I'd imagine that it would look very blurry.

You can reuse all your computer components and buy a new motherboard and Ryzen 5 chip. Probably be around $300 USD.
