obs high cpu usage when streaming

Hello, I've been streaming for a couple of months now and I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I run OBS and my game my CPU goes from 70% to 100% and I really don't know what i'm doing wrong. I don't understand the technical problems behind it, so I hope someone can help me. I've attached my log from my last stream if anyone can help me that would be great! Also, my last stream abruptly ended and I went offline, while OBS still said I was live, but that might be my internet/twitch server.
Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

Your logs don't have an end of stream, so we can't see the performance data at the end. Try another stream, close normally, then upload the current log.

From what the logs include though, it appears that you're having serious issues maintaining your bitrate. OBS is having to drop your bitrate down to 50kbps at some points, and eventually disconnecting.

what i can see buts its irrelevant to the connection problems

17:22:58.210: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 18363 (release: 1909; revision: 1198; 64-bit)
Update windows to newest version

17:22:58.468: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true, refresh=144, name=Optix MAG27CQ
set you display refreshrate to 120hz in windows und limit the fps in the games.

17:22:58.211: Game DVR: On
Disable the game DVR function in Windows

but @carlmmii is right

mmmmh did you have the energy saving settings on fullspeed ?
thank you so much!! I’ll try to fix that and see if it helps!

ok i tried to stream today and the cpu was so much better thank you!! However my stream kept going offline had to stream 4 times because it kept going offline on twitch but obs said i'm still live and then I couldn't end stream it was stuck on stream ending. Also every time I started a new stream my alerts stopped working. Any ideas why it does this? I'll upload all 4 logs and maybe you guys can tell me why this is happening? I have a wired connection and my streams were working fine before, but now it keeps going offline for some reason.
