Question / Help OBS High CPU Usage Games unplayable

I posted recently about a temp fix I found but it no longer works. When I stream OBS it is using about 60% of my CPU. I was streaming for months perfectly fine with the settings I am currently using. Ill post my log in hopes that maybe someone can help me out.

Use Quick Sync instead of x264 because it provides similar quality to x264 with less performance hit. You may need to increase your bitrate a little bit.
