Question / Help OBS Having lots of Stuttering/BadQuality

So I'm having lots of issues with my OBS. Quality is crap and it stutters quite alot. So far I've tried turning of the the Look Ahead option and turning off the Pyscho Active Turning and setting it to Quality. But that actually makes it even worse then the base settings of OBS. It makes it stutter and decreases quality significantly.
My System:
My PC Specs:
CPU: i7-7700k
Graphics Card: GTX 1060
Ram: 16 gb

Here are the following logs from all my attempts to record. The first one was recorded with the stuff turned off as mentioned above. The later ones are just me fiddling with the settings, and the last one should be from running the base settings of OBS (decent quality, but stuttering).

Rendering lag is GPU overload.

For NVENC, encoding load is primarily affected by resolution, framerate, and quality settings.

Your particular quality setting is CBR 2500, which is an extremely low bitrate for 1080p60; and in any case, for local recording the more appropriate setting is CQP rate control, with a quality setting between 14 (high quality) and 23 (good quality) but this will yield larger files.
