I have an Inspiron 5567 with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.70 GHz processor, 64-bit operating system, and 8 gb of ram.
I have been recording minecraft clips on my laptop with OBS 32 bit, and my recordings are being odd. I have been recording and very frequently the recording is stuck on 1 frame for maybe half a second then moves to a different frame for another half a second. And it isn't like frames that are back to back, these are frames from completely different time intervals. I cannot tell if it's a problem with OBS or my laptop. I got the laptop around early 2018 so it's challenging for me to distinguish if its the computer being old, ot just no suited for recording.
