hello ive been having a problem with obs only recording at 2 fps when obs streams. my point of view its running 45fps but on stream its 2 fps and people are leaving because of it. any ideas?
Question / Help obs has low framerate on gmod like 2 fps

You ae in Ultrafast settings
So, your i5 can´t manage encoding 720p.
You should downscale to 600p or even 480pç
Other option:
Use NVENC. Encode with your GPU.
In this case, preset Veryfast.
