Bug Report OBS has crashed

Using an Elgato HD60s it just crashes changing the audio(switching between: capture audio only, directsound and waveout) in properties. Its currently in DirectSound but switching to Capture Audio only is always crashing OBS. Woops, OBS has crashed!

Allot of cef bootstrap in Taskmanager, I manually end task to all cef boostrap and then trying to end task for the stuck obs64.exe I get access denied

crash log: https://pastebin.com/5s1MDb1J

Its also crashing on startup of OBS

The other odd thing is that I'm getting double audio on the capture(using DirectSound so I can hear it), that's why I am switching the audio to see if capture audio only doesn't have that double audio thing but the crashing is obviously not letting me test that.

it seems from testing its only happening with the Nintendo Switch. I used a PS4 right now and opened up OBS and it doesn't have the issue switching the audio option, then I closed OBS and removed the PS4 hdmi then plugged in the Nintendo Switch and open up OBS instantly crashes OBS. Just in case this is the log from opening - Whoops, OBS has crashed! - https://pastebin.com/NTpEXhSE

Does it happen with a particular game with the nintendo switch or just the switch in general at any point? (Then again I'm not sure anyone really plays anything other than zelda on there)

My sister has a nintendo switch, so I can probably borrow it briefly for testing if that turns out to be the case.

Just the switch simply running on the home screen - as for games I got 40+ games on my switch so I do play other games besides zelda :P

I am at my cousins house right now so after I come back home I will check again to be certain

Just came back, I didn't change anything as in I haven't even restarted the computer since having the errors earlier and retested(plugged the Switch into the elgato, then turned it on) and then opened OBS and it didn't crash. Also did changing the audio properties and it is working / not sure what happened earlier.

I guess we can ignore the crash bug, since I closed and reopened OBS a few times and its still working

But I have something odd(which I couldn't test earlier), usually "Capture Audio only" you can't hear what is being captured through the speakers but I am hearing it now on that one, which is causing the double audio on the other audio options DirectSound or WaveOut.. unless I got it wrong and you were supposed to hear it on speakers too in Capture Audio only.
