Question / Help OBS has crashed twice in two days

I've been streaming from my Switch with http://www.avermedia.com/gaming/product/game_capture/live_gamer_extreme (not sure if it's a driver issue), layout is just video capture, my Yeti mic Audio In, and a browser for chat I have hidden currently.

It seems to be crashing in the Microsoft Media Foundation audio encoder. You can probably fix this by avoiding the usage of Media Foundation, either by setting the audio bitrate so low or so high that it uses FFmpeg (32, 64, 224, 256, 288, or 320 kbps) or by installing CoreAudio.
