OBS has crashed! ERROR

OBS was being installed and the laptop battery died.
Ever since, OBS installs, but never opens.
I have completely reset my laptop to factory settings and it still happens.
Please advise. I use OBS everyday for my job!

Your intel igpu drivers are out of date.
Install and run the intel driver updater from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and install all available updates, with a preference towards the graphics drivers.
If they fail to install from that or claim they're already up to date, use https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/support/articles/000056629/graphics.html as your steps instead
