If I had to guess I'd say : 1) lots of slide show images, 2) lots of media sources (movies) 3) browser sources

MacOS and Mac computers sold right now right now is particularly ill-suited for use with OBS.

There is a thread devoted to issues relating to Catalina. I am unsure if this is one of them, as I have not updated.

macOS 10.15 Catalina Support Status

You have a 3rd party plugin installed, and I'm unsure if it has been updated for the latest OBS or the latest version of MacOS. You may wish to remove it and see if it affects your issue.

You have several image sources that are failing to load. OBS will attempt to load them every time you switch to a scene that includes them until they are either fixed or removed.

There's no output session in the log so I can't see if anything is happening during encoding that potentially contributes to the leak.

yesterday for example, after 5 hours of live, I get the message that the memory is exhausted, and obs is using 130gb .. but how is it possible? I can also remove the images it can't find, the plugin is the Elgato stream deck, and I can also send you a log while I'm live, but it's really strange that obs consumes so much memory :(

If you are experiencing a memory leak it's not surprising that it adds to a ridiculous amount after 5 hours-- because it's likely that the leak is happening repeatedly.

For instance, if the leak is from the plugin, the memory usage might continually increase as long as the program is running, streaming or not. That might be a test worth doing.

If the leak is from a broken image, it might increase every time you switch to a scene that has the broken image in it, or as long as the program is running with that image in a scene.

StreamDeck plugin is still loaded. No output session in the log.

The only other thing I see in the log that you might want to eliminate, to see if its related to the memory usage, is the GPU delay filter on the iPad source.

in the last 5 hour live I had no problems. I will do more now, perhaps longer to see if the problem recurs; if it appears I log so can you better understand?
