So I usually get around 130-140 fps on starcraft 2, on an i7 7700hq and a 1060, but when I use obs it wont go above 70 ever, and whenever a mediocre fight happens it drops to ~55-60, late game easily going to 40. I'm watching other streamers who have things like a 4790k, which I thought was worse than my cpu, but easily on 100fps on HIGHER settings while streaming. What's going on?
