OBS GUI doesn't open.

Hi,

I have a bit of an issue and would like to request some assistance. Sometimes when launching OBS the process starts but the GUI and the tray icon don't appear. The issue usually persists until I restart my machine. Any ideas what may cause this? (Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit)

Thank you for that. I checked it out, made sure none of those conflicts exist on my machine, but the issue still persists. Does anybody have any ideas?
