OBS Green Gray Glitch

Hi,
I've been having a glitch for a few days now at OBS.
When I record it sometimes makes my screen green and gray for a few seconds.
And it erases a few seconds from the recording.
I don't know what to do and how to fix it.
I even deleted OBS and installed it again but it still does the glitch.
