OBS' GPU usage spikes to 60-80%

Hello, first of all my laptop's model is an ASUS Rog strix G723, i7-10875H, 2070S, 16GB RAM.

Whenever Im playing some games (Dark souls 3, Nioh are the ones I'm having issues with lately), the GPU usage of OBS spikes to 60-80%, making my game lag for a good 10 seconds in some areas but then run smooth in the other 80% of the zones.

I've googled and tried everything I've found so far: OBS as Administrator, closing everything, dusting off laptop, updating drivers, lowering settings to the minimum: nothing works. I cannot grasp why this is happening but it makes streaming those games downright impossible. I don't think I should have issues with the specs of my laptop but Im a complete noob when it comes down to those things so I might be wrong.

I don't know what to do. This wouldn't be too much of an issue if it was happening with just one game, but the fact that it happens with multiple games worries me for the future. (I've streamed other games in the past with no issues: Dark souls 1, dark souls 2, Hollow knight).

If there is anything else I can provide you, please do tell me (maybe specify how if it's complicated, I don't know a lot about computers and technology). Oh this was happening with StreamlabsOBS too, if that helps.

This is the log after I replicated the lag (it's of 4 days ago I think): it happened towards the end of the live, I stopped recording right after it happened twice.

Things I've tried: Clean DDU, restoring my Windows. Still happening

I'd really appreciate some help, thank you.

I removed quite a few browsers source following your suggestions, most of them were unused. Not sure that will fix my issue but I doubt it.

@Gart10 I'm having the same problem. Everyone just keeps telling me to cap my FPS and get rid of browser sources. But this has never been an issue before the recent release. And, for my hardware, I should not have to do these things.
