OBS GPU usage 70%+, OBS preview is laggy

I've been experiencing buffering in my OBS only on my end, and NZXT has been showing OBS using ~70% of my GPU whenever i'm clicked into Fortnite. The stream for other people runs and looks just fine, no dropped frames or delay, and the game runs flawlessly, but OBS on my end runs extremely choppy and slow, and my GPU is maxxing out at 100%.

-Lowering the game capped framerate and resolution hasn't made much difference.
-Turning on HAGS DID fix this, but I've heard HAGS and OBS are awful together. When I turned it on, everything ran smoothly, but I noticed Fortnite went from ~20% GPU to ~50% GPU usage, but OBS dropped drastically. Am I okay to keep HAGS on?

Could anybody check out my recent stream LOG Files and help me with a possible fix or reason for the issues i'm experiencing?

NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER
AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-Core Processor
Running Fortnite on Ultra, capped at 144FPS, monitor is 1440P 144HZ, but lowering these things barely made a difference.

I am noticing a trillion errors at the bottom of the LOG File, but I have zero idea how to decipher it, and have no idea whether that's just normal or what could be causing the issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

1. Lenovo Vantage / Legion Edge is installed and is known to cause connection issues while streaming. Open Lenovo Vantage and set the "Network Boost" feature to disabled when streaming with OBS.
2. Create a new Profile and Scene Collection. Do not change any settings and do not add any sources or scenes.
3. Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard. When that is done, do not change any settings. Close OBS.
4. Disconnect your other monitors.
5. Open OBS, go to Settings > Stream > Service: Twitch > Use Stream Key > Disable Enhanced Broadcasting if enabled.
6. Add 1 game capture source.

If still having issues, post a new log.

I am noticing a difference! I just did a test stream but it's already using up a lot less GPU. I thought I had already removed all the lenovo stuff but now that's all uninstalled, I auto-configured my OBS, and I disabled the enhanced broadcasting. I'll do a legit stream in the upcoming days and update here again how that goes, but thank you for the help!
