OBS going to black screen when start record with a Panasonic LUMIX G9 + Elgato/Blackmagic capture card

I have a Panasonic Lumix G9 Camera connected to OBS in 2 scenarios:
Scenario 1) Elgato HD60S+ external
Scenario 2) Blackmagic Decklink Quad HDMI recorder internal

In both cases I can get the video singal into OBS .... BUT:
When I press the record button on the camera and the camera switches from record <-> standby (back and forth) then OBS looses the signal. There is just a black screen until I deactivate/activate the camera source.

In Scenario 1 the OBS input will stay black forever when I start/stop back and forth on the camera.
In Scenario 2 the picture will come back in OBS when I switch to the mode at start of OBS (that means either the "recording" video signal is showing in OBS or the "standby" video signal. One of them stays black.

So my assumption is, that OBS can not deal with HDMI format change when start/stop recording the camera. The Elgato 4k capture utility tells me that the camera sends these formats in the 2 modes for the moment:
Panasonic G9 in standby: 2160p25
Panasonic G9 in record: 2160p50

I can not change the standby mode - so whenever I start ecording, OBS fails.

Anyone has an idea how to solve that without each time going to the source setup deactivate/reactivate during streaming??

Thanks for your support

here is the log upload that I made when I pressed the record button on the camera and the signal goes to black screen (I cant see a relatederror message):
