Question / Help OBS gives lag spikes in stream.

Hey all,

So apparently live streams with OBS make my stream lag. I run the game at 1920x1080 and stream at 1280x720 at 60 FPS. I get no lag in game, but my stream shows lag spikes, anyone got a clue how to fix this?

PS: I stream at 6k Bitrate CBR
