OBS general preference settings question

I do a lot of streams, most are on Mixcloud which is pretty straight forward. I have a new stream which has a lot of different general preference settings that need to be altered from my normal settings . How can I keep the general preference settings for each stream without having to re enter every time I go from one stream setting to the other?

Tried profile didn't work.

I would think there is a way to save general preference settings?
