OBS Game Capture Stretching issue

While I was nearing the finish line of setting up a stream overlay the final thing missing was the Game Capture itself. I added a Game Capture and added my game, but when I added it, I saw that OBS captures it in a really stretched not correct way. Ctrl + F (AKA Transform/Fit To Screen) doesn't work, it stretches it uncorrectly too. My Base Canvas Resolution is 1920 x 1080, which matches the game, and the Output Scaled Resolution is 1664 x 936 (still 16:9 aspect ratio). I'm not sure what the issue might be, but dragging the Game Capture by the red sides only makes it fit the screen height-wise, not wideness-wise. I'm stumped and am hoping that someone might be able to help with this. There's a screenshot of the problem as well

It'd be best to include a logfile instead. Also a full screenshot of the window, not cutting off the bottom and sides.

If that is your full Preview window in the screenshot, that is NOT a 16:9 aspect ratio. That looks wider-aspect than a 21:9 even. I also notice that the red bar on the right (outline of the currently selected source) goes off the top of the screen, so the capture needs to be dragged downward.

We need more (complete) information to be able to assist.
