Bug Report OBS -game capture SOMETIMES does not capturing game(DIABLO 3)

I'm having that issue since some time now...
im runing the OBS Studio as an admin adding game capture with option
- Capture selected window (diablo III.exe) or
- Capture window after pressing binded key
- Capture fullscreen aplication
none of those things seems to work i cannot see my game in OBS Studio eaven if i press Ctrl+F on selected Game Capture...
it just don't want to hook with the game no idea what to do ...

it works allways on screen capture that it seems to be a trouble some couse it shows all my active taps on stream when i press alt+tab and i don't want that

ok i found a temperery solution ... this problem occour everytime i restart the game.... can't capture the game with game capture after that ...
what i did:
1) restart PC
2) run the game in any mode fullscreen , fullscreen-windowed, windowed mode
3) run OBS with admin rights

if that won't work ... than make sure to delete your game capture from OBS before restarting PC and add it after step 3
