OBS game capture not working for Touhou 6

Screenshot is what it looks like when I try to stream Touhou 6. It's a black screen, I've tried the different options for selecting a window, none work, I just get a black screen.
I have done the laptop "two cards" solution, and it worked for another game, but not this one, I've also tried running both as administrator. Any other thoughts?

Should note: Audio comes through fine, but not the game.

I don't really see what relation it has. I tried the fullscreen/windowing stuff, didn't make a difference. I don't have any of the software it listed, I don't think it's a firewall thing because I only have microsoft defender anti-virus, and I don't think it's Direct X 12.
