OBS Game Capture Hook won't hook again after switching Scenes

so I have a weird issue. I am on a laptop with discrete graphics only on, and when I go to capture Valorant, it captures it fine, but the second I go to a scene that doesnt have the game capture on it, and then back, it bugs out and then wont hook onto the game.
