Question / Help OBS Fuzzy Screen & Freezing movements.

Hey!

So, I've got OBS and when I try to record with it, the outcome isn't very good. The video if very fuzzy for some reason & when I move, it kind of freezes sometimes.

I have a GTS 450 and Intel Core i7 processors.
