OBS Full Computer Lockup - Hard Reset Only

Hello,

I am having an issue where my computer completely freezes and can only move mouse (ALT+Tab) doesnt work. This issue occurs only when streaming with OBS and ALT-Tabbing out of Valorant (Fullscreen). I can use X-Split/Tiktok Live Studio perfectly fine and alt-tab out of Valorant when streaming. Using OBS only and ALT-Tabbing out of Valorant will cause the full computer freeze (Can still hear game audio in background).

This is what crashed. Lots of fixes suggested but since HAGS is known to cause crashes, try disabling it & see what happens.
