Question / Help OBS from Spain

Hello there,
I´m trying to enable OBS to broadcast from Spain, but the link to generate the key code in my broadcast platform does not available. I think is because here is not enabled yet? Thanks a lot.

You must follow the rules of your streaming service and use the recommended settings in order to not being excluded to streaming with OBS.

Important Information:
Do not upscale your source input (e.g. using a 1080p camera to a 1440p stream).
Ensure you use the minimum video bitrate specified in this table for a given resolution: Recommended Settings Table.
Do not play any copyrighted content on your stream, including video games and adding song titles to the screen.
Failure to keep to the above may result in your exclusion from using OBS on Chaturbate.

I'm a model on camsoda and I'm trying to do streaming on chatur and camsoda with OBS.
for chaturbate is ok.
but ..... I have not managed to configure to change, is it possible to do this?
