So when streaming with obs, after about an hour obs will end the stream, and then shortly after freeze. Here's the most recent log from when that happened. Will preemptively say that HAGS was disabled, though haven't tried streaming since then, but just wish to see if there might be any other problems before that.

Disable HAGS, enable windows game mode, and you should completely remove norton and forget about it.

Also, if you can, use a wired connection to the internet. Wi-Fi isn't reliable.
I think you can stream with higher bitrates values if you use a network cable (cat 6)
