When I try to record, or even if I have it open, in the preview sometimes it's just a black screen, but when there is a preview it's just a frozen frame, it may change around 30 seconds, and the recording reflects that. My CPU and GPU utilization are very low, ~20%, and I even turned down all the video settings on obs to see if it was just a problem with my computer not being able to handle it, but nothing changed.
