Obs freezing whenever I try to record fullscreen in minecraft

So I've tried to record 3 times of the span of 2 days on minecraft, and everytime I try to record in fullscreen it freezes on the pause menu of minecraft. This is literally nonexistant for other people, but for me its happening. Ive tried capture any fullscreen application with gamecapture, that froze on the pause screen, ive tried display capture that also was stuck on the pause screen. Ive tried window mode, and obviously that doesnt work cause I'm trying to record in fullscreen. Nothing works, I tried using a different launcher, i tried doing it in a different resolution, I tried uninstalling all my mods. Nothing. Please help.

用基于obs开发的哔哩哔哩直播姬没有这个问题 但骗骗obs不行。 我这里还多一个问题，只要obs打开 minecraft全屏就绝对不显示鼠标光标
