Question / Help OBS freezing (Tickers, Cams, everything)

I've been streaming for about 7 months and no bothers. I recently about a month ago got a whole new up to date and decent computer and was streaming a few times a week with no problems. Suddenly about a week ago OBS started freezing every few minutes for anything from a few seconds to half a minute. It makes no differnce whether I'm live or if OBS is just idling - the whole thing freezes - cams, the top donator, recent follower etc tickers, timers etc etc. Depending on how long the freeze lasts, this in turn causes frame drop. I've lowered my bit rate, had my internet checked but to no avail. I streamed for 3 hours last night to generate a full log file which I've attached.
I get about 6mbps on the upload so thats fine and my CPU while streaming usually reads at between 12% and 16% usage.

I have the same issue, when you say freezing do you mean stuttering or full on freeze?

full on freeze - everything just freezes stops and then continues a few seconds later

Checked again this morning - didnt go live just had OBS open.....still getting these constant freezes

Bit Defender Total Security 2017
I tried turning off all the modules on that and seeing if it made a differnce. it didnt. also uninstalled and checked again. nada. OBS is of course on the exceptions list.

No one got any ideas or fixes on this?? The freezes are still happening, not as bad as before but still getting OBS totally freezing for a few seconds every couple of minutes both when idling and when live

Disconnect all displays from your motherboard display connectors.

Cheers for the suggestion man but ...nada. Tried it and to no avail. Still freezing

You can't have multiple video capture device sources in a scene collection pointing at the same video capture device.

soz - dont quite get ya. I'd been running OBS for weeks on the new rig with the monitor and both webcams running out of the motherboard hdmi and usb slots respectively adn no problems at all. no freezes or anything
