We have had a stable live streaming setup for years and only starting last Thursday, our stream directly to YouTube has been freezing (video stops but audio continues). We updated to the latest version of OBS today and the issues persisted. Here is our latest log file.

1. Killer's Firewall is known for it's poor performance and issues when trying to stream. Please download the driver pack from https://support.killernetworking.com/ , completely uninstall all Killer NIC items and install their Driver only package. 2. Try updating to Windows 10 2004 (if available) per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
3. Run OBS as Admin
4. If recording, it's strongly recocommended that you record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.
If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.
