OBS Freezing on Installation

I've tried downloading OBS and any time i go to open it to install it, it freezes my browser and my files explorer any suggestions on how to fix it?

Try disabling any 3rd party antivirus which is trying to scan the file. Also if you aren't on Windows 10, consider updating.
