Question / Help OBS freezes when moved the 2nd monitor

Hello,
After resetting my PC today I downloaded again. Before that I used a super old version where everything worked perfectly. Now with the new version I cannot use OBS on the second screen while it records the first screen. When I start the window capture on the first screen and drag OBS to the second screen the capture just freezes. When I drag it back on the first screen it works again. I have no idea what the issue might be and google didnt say anything either thats why I am here.

PS: added some logs if you need more dont hesitate to ask, I appreciate every help!

There might be something wrong with having each monitor display on different GPU.
Try to plug both monitors into the same GPU (graphics processing unit). If you don't have the right connectors, use a cheap DVI-HDMI adapter/cable, or HDMI to VGA converter.

Be sure the motherboard/BIOS is set to PCI-E as a primary graphics device, with maybe integrated intel graphics enabled if you want QuickSync.
