at that point , the pc froze to death

No offence but, I hope you're not playing games on that pc while you're streaming on that pc, because if you are... then that's probably your problem because those system specs are really low to be trying to do that. You should really consider upgrading that pc, I personally wouldn't use a system with specs that low for anything other than maybe watching youtube videos. Also I'm not trying to be rude either, it wouldn't cost much to do a small upgrade to make that computer a little better.

The computer he's using is pretty much a laptop. The OP is much better off building a desktop computer because the specs in the two lines...

23:37:56.493: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz
23:37:56.529: Adapter 1: NVIDIA GeForce 820M

...is not going to cut it at all, regardless of resolution and settings. Not only the CPU is weak even with Intel turbo boost, but the GPU is similar to performance of the GeForce 540M and is a very weak GPU even by laptop standards.

I'm havin the same issues as OP and i've got a high-tier computer.

You're having a different issue than the OP and it's been known that the patches for Windows 10 Anniversary Edition is the culprit in freezing OBS after a point that your VRAM is nearly maxed out.

EDIT: I'm thinking the OP has a similar issue since the log on the OP's post was also running Windows 10 Anniversary update.

I've got two more logs from today. 2 are instances where the transfer bitrate goes to 0 and OBS studio in general seems to have frozen. The 3rd was an instance where the game I was playing froze and OBS as well. Do you have time to look at them too?

Edit: My specs are:

GPU: GeForce GTX 980 Ti Superclocked

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K @4.00 GHZ

RAM: 16gb(2x Corsair Vengeance 8gb)

Motherboard: Asus z97

If you're playing with ultra textures and high AA, reduce texture quality in Rainbow Six Siege to either high or very high, or remove the recent Windows 10 update as a temporary solution.

Has OBS Studio ever worked on your computer before this?

@Shaflumbles
In the future, please create your own thread so that we can avoid mixing discussions about different problems.

As others have said, it seems you're having an issue caused by the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

Please understand that removing Windows Updates is a temporary measure, especially on Windows 10. Windows 10 is far more aggressive about its automatic updates than earlier versions of Windows, and you can't turn them off, only delay them. Uninstalling Windows Updates may also inadvertently break other things, and may expose your system to security vulnerabilities that the updates had patched.

Current possible workarounds for the Windows 10 AU 887A0005 issue include:
  1. Disable the OBS Studio preview.
  2. Use Display Capture or Window Capture instead of Game Capture.
  3. If you're using an Nvidia card, rollback your Nvidia drivers to 368.81 or 365.19.
  4. Rollback Windows updates KB3176938, KB3189866, KB3193494, or their successors.
  5. Revert to a Windows 10 build that is before the Anniversary Update.
Option 1 may or may not work, I haven't seen enough testing on it. Option 2 works when using Display Capture, but with a performance penalty. Option 2 with Window Capture is unconfirmed. Option 3 is still unconfirmed if it works. Option 4 seems to work without fail. Option 5 also works without fail, but it is sort of a nuclear option.

If you try any of these on an affected system, please let us know what you did and whether or not it worked for you.

I expected you guys would blame my specs , so I recovered the video that I was recording when the pc froze , to prove you that the record was running at smooth 60 FPS and my pc was having no problems recording , I will upload it as soon as I can and post it here once it's done.

@RytoEX
I suppose it did , I can't really remember when did I first install OBS on Windows 10 but I remember using OBS classic back when I had Windows 8 , it never froze back then but I was having other issues that were solved by OBS Studio.

One more thing , I was using bandicam before I switch to OBS , never froze not even once !
Not saying this to prove that OBS sucks , I love OBS soo much , I am saying this to prove that my specs CAN handle it.

Bandicam doesn't behave anything like OBS in regards to recording or streaming. Sure the encoders may be the same, but that's it. OBS also does scene composition and other features that bandicam does NOT even attempt.

Okay , So while venturing thought the internet I have found that OBS in itself cannot make the system collapse no matter what , drivers however , can freeze the system , since OBS communicates with Video and Audio drivers , the issue might be solved by replacing the drivers with ones which are recommended by the OEM.

The Nvidia drivers is an exclusion to this rule as it is always updated , the ones that apply are intel driver and Realtek HD Audio driver.

When I first installed Windows 10 , I let it install The Intel and The Realtek Audio driver , later on I replaced them with other versions for other purposes but it didn't work anyway , I thought maybe that versions could be the cause of the issue , so I decided to uninstall them and let Windows do it's job.

Windows Installed The Intel Driver via Update but for some reason it didn't install the Realtek driver , so I reinstalled the one that I have just removed as it is the only thing that I got now , at that moment , a very strange thing happened , I was supposed to restart to complete the installation of Realtek Audio Driver , but I delayed till Handbrake ( A Video Encoder ) Finishes encoding the video that exists in the post above this , I was using QSV as the encoder , suddenly during the encode , the system froze , just like it does with OBS , but for the first time OBS wasn't running , I then suspected that the problem is with QSV as this is the only thing in common between OBS and Handbrake .

After that I hard reset the system and encoded 5 videos in a raw with Handbrake QSV , it didn't freeze , I recorded with OBS for hours with no freezes at all for the first time , I don't know how but it looks like problem solved ! , I will update here incase it froze again.

TL;DR = it was fixed by letting Windows install all drivers but Nvidia Via Windows Update .

P.S = it wasn't low spec issue as @SoWhoYou & @Unknown Richard speculated , please think for a minute before bashing nonsense into someone's post , I have clarified at the very first post that there were no lags or other issues than the random freeze , which means the specs is doing well , low specs lag while recording not stay at 60 FPS then crash the OS -.-

Update : at 9 PM, it froze, after hard reseting and reattempting to record, it froze 2 minutes after starting the record, I guess reinstalling the drivers didn't fix the issue, it just.. Delayed it.
