OBS freezes on exit, have to use task manager

After opening OBS, clicking the Exit button freezes OBS but doesn't close it. OBS itself doesn't use CPU when it's frozen in this state, however I have to kill it using task manager. I don't need to start recording/streaming for it to happen. This isn't a problem with the newest update that came out recently, I had the same issue with a previous version. I didn't have this problem on Windows LTSC 1809. Note that OBS's log isn't fully correct as it says windows 10 version 2009 but I am on LTSC 21H2. Windows, GPU driver and other things of this kind are up to date.

Might want to take a look here:

Also, you're using StreamFX. It's better to wait to update OBS until Xaymar either updates SFX or confirms that the current version works without issue.

What's streamFX?
Edit: And what's streamelements? I don't recall installing either of those.

You have a error with the file trying to open in Media Source 3. Clean that up & try again.
Would that really affect the ability to quit OBS? It's a hidden source that should be deactivated (deactivate when not showing is enabled).
Also it sadly didn't fix the problem.
