Who/what else is using that Internet circuit during your livestream?
Also, only 6GB of RAM with all that you are doing? Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I (I'm a newbie at OBS) will comment, but I consider 8GB RAM for Win10 a minimum, and much prefer some headroom and go for 16GB or RAM of more (depending on use case). Whether this is impacting you at all or not, I couldn't say
