OBS freezes/crashes part way through a stream, and leaves no crash log for it

OBS seems to be picking and choosing a random time during a stream (but not all streams) to just stop outputting to Twitch. All that happens is twitch will show the disconnect screen, and then the stream ends. Until I reboot my PC OBS refuses to function anymore, and will not formally end the stream. It usually freezes up completely once I click the "stop streaming" button. I cannot even close the program unless I end it through task manager, and yet somehow OBS thinks it is still running and will not reopen until I fully reboot. After restarting my computer the problem does not seem to return.

The problem not returning leads me to believe something is interfering with OBS, but the only programs I usually have open in the background are Stream Labels, the game I'm playing, Discord, a web browser (Opera GX), and Voicemeeter Banana.

Forgot to mention restarting my PC through the Windows Start Menu does not work, I have to physically hold down the power button on my PC to turn it off and the back on again.
