OBS freezes any time switching to any game in full screen

If i Alt + tab or open any game in full screen, my OBS completely freezes up and crashes.
I FEEL like this all started with the latest update, but i'm not completely certain exactly when i started to notice the decline.

I have changed a lot of settings trying to sort it out and im just not sure at this point.
I have also had the same results with and without the Stream elements plugin.

I have many other crash logs available but have attached the most recent one and can easily reproduce the issue for testing.

I really hope this is something simple that i am just overlooking... but i am at a complete loss at this point and appreciate any help

Thanks

Pc:
Ram: 64gb
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Nvidia 2080

It should be noted that this issue happens even if i am not "Live" and simply just have OBS open

You're using SE.live plugin which changes core functions (like the browser source) in OBS. Either way, contact them directly or remove the plugin.
To completely remove it: unisntall SE.live, unsintall OBS and reinstall OBS.

This plugin don't add anything you can't add manually in the docks menu. It does change/downgrade core components.

I have now removed Stream elements and loaded a Fresh install of the latest version from this page and i am still seeing the same issue although, this time it took a few times of opening a game for it to crash. The times when it did not crash it fell from 60 frames to anywhere between 50-25 frames and eventually recovered. But it does pretty reliably Fail still when starting a game.
latest video drivers are installed from manufacture

Stats at time of OBS freezing:
CPU: 4.4%
Disk space available 734.8
Memory usage 1154.6 mb
FPS: 0.99
Average time to render frame: 1005.9ms
frames missed due to rendering lag: 702/3841 (18.3%)
Skipped frames due to encoding lag: 0/0
Not streaming and Not recording

new log file attached.

Please check the analizer

And this goes way over what I know. Check the log file for the erros it gives and try to find what's broken with audio, video and jpeg images
