Gaming mode puts all the resources to the game at the cost of EVERYTHING else on the system.
So gaming and streaming on the same system doesn't work.

ok makes more sense then. Thank you for explaination then.
Still doesnt change that I'm not that happy about the existence of windows 10.
What I've seen on other people the downward compatibility to older games is sometimes really terrible :(

Seems to be an interesting operating system. A gaming mode not suitable for gaming xD
Thank god I'm still on Windows 7.
Problem is that it is taking resources from the pc to boost the performance of the game, so less resources to the streaming. or that is what i am gathering.

Backwards compatibility doesnt seem that bad to me. I have been able to get more older games to work with windows 10 than windows 7, that had a bad habit of not liking fullscreen in a lesser resulution than the native.

I didnt had any game which doesnt work anymore with windows 7. Especially since dgvoodoo 2.
But at Windows 10 the Need for Speed 4 High Stakes Setup doesnt run, so you have to use an already installed folder and install the necessary registry entries yourself.
Then it runs, but the introvideos dont work, despite the expansion pack 4 installed.
And there were some more games which make problems with win10.
