As the title says i noticed that my frame rate can't stay consistent:
I tried from 1920x1080 to 696x392 @ 30fps and 60fps
Bitrate from 2000 to 6000
I tried it on NVENC and x264
CPU Load from Ultra fast to Faster
I basically mixed every setting possible to get 60fps steady
OBS can keep up 30fps when im not using the webcam
But with webcam and even twice as worse with greenscreen my framerate lowers to 16-25
(only when playing any game such as PUBG or COD WWII)
I also noticed that OBS can keep 60fps steady even with the most demanding settings and webcam + greenscreen in CSGO
I googled and couldn't find any solution but some other people seem to have the same problem with an even more powerful rig.
First I assumed that it might be my GTX770 4GB which is causing that issue as it's at almost every game pushing to its limits (maybe its running hot?)
My log:

I'm planning to get a new GPU anyway soon but i'm not sure if it will fix that problem as i really enjoy streaming
